Starting School

I was kind of sad for the kids to start school.  We had a fun summer and I enjoyed spending time with them. And honestly, 7 hours and 8 minutes is too long to be away from Moma!! Luckily Ebbie is only going to Kindergarten for half days so I still get lots of time with her.  Here are some pictures of their first day of school in their uniforms.  I wish I could freeze time....just for a little while.

Chattanooga

We had a fun time in Chattanooga. We went to visit Nettie Taylor who is on the road to recovery and is back home in Yazoo City. Afterwards we went to Rock City to see the 7 states from the top of Lookout Mountain, went on a carriage ride, and visited the children's museum! Ebbie loved it so much that we got in the bed Friday night she said "Ahh, this is the life"!

The kids love being silly in the hotel room

Out to eat at my favorite restaurant. Fish Tacos are my fave!!!
The kids were watching them make pizza in their brick oven and the cooks gave them pizza dough to play with.

Rolling down the hill by the river in downtown

All the kids loved the carriage ride!

Bo enjoyed the music room
Ebbie liked playing nurse from the cvil war

Busy summer!

We have traveled pretty much all of July!

Before Austin and I left for our lovely trip, Frances and I took to the kids to Fort Morgan.  We had a great time. They are growing up too fast! Ebbie drove the bumper boat by herself and Bo drove the race car by himself!!!

Today we're off to Chattanooga to visit our niece Nettie Taylor who has been in the hospital there for too long! Please keep her in your prayers!
